Assignment #4: Trunk Show

Trunk Shows
  • Through a trunk show, manufacturer’s or designer’s representative brings the full seasonal line to a retail store that carries or will carry the line.
  • Trunk shows present a manufacturer’s or designers line to  a retail’s store’s sales staff and its customer.
  • Feature garments from a single manufacturer or designer are presented as informal fashion shows in retail stores.
  • The representative works with individual customers, educating them about the line and providing personal fashion consultation.
  • Everyone benefits from trunk shows:
  • Customers see clothes as the designer planned them and coordinated, and they experience some of the glamour of the fashion industry.
  • Retailer enjoys the dramatic influx of customers who come to such personal appearances and shows and any profits that result as clothes are ordered.
  • Manufacture or designer tests the line on real customers to understand real consumers’ needs firsthand.
 The Collection
The Whitney Eve collection is brilliant example of aviation attire completely revamped in an innovative, fashionable and dare. It's a chic collection for woman on the go.
